We come back with the exact amount and which vehicle is coming. Agree it and the booking is confirmed — the price does not move afterwards.

We arrive early
You get the driver's name, number and vehicle details before pick-up, and a message when the vehicle is outside.

Oresiametse Shuttle Services was started because too many trips in this country begin with a phone call that goes unanswered and a vehicle that never arrives. We built the opposite of that: a small, well-run fleet, drivers who treat passengers like people, and a phone that gets picked up.

Everything people ask before booking
Fill in the booking form on this page or send us a WhatsApp with your date, pick-up, drop-off and number of passengers. We normally reply within the hour during the day, and we tell you the exact price and which vehicle is coming.
Yes, subject to a vehicle being free. We run 24/7 for airport transfers and pre-arranged trips, including 03:00 departures. The earlier you book, the better the chance of getting the exact vehicle you want.
Yes. Give us your flight number when you book and we monitor it. If the flight is late we move the pick-up and you are not charged for the delay. If it lands early, we are already there.
All our drivers hold valid licences and professional driving permits and are experienced in passenger transport. Vehicles are roadworthy, serviced on schedule and insured, with a seatbelt for every passenger.
Yes. We run monthly accounts for companies, schools and churches, and provide invoices, statements and a service level agreement setting out routes, times and standards. Ask for it when you enquire.
From a single passenger in a sedan up to 65 in our largest bus. For bigger groups than that we run two or more vehicles together so everybody arrives at the same time.
Price depends on distance, vehicle size, time of day and whether it is a return trip — so we quote each trip rather than publish a table that would be wrong half the time. You get the full amount before you commit, and it does not change afterwards.
EFT before or on the day of travel, or cash to the driver. Account clients are invoiced monthly. For large group bookings we ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle.
Let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp. Changes made in good time cost nothing. For cancellations very close to the pick-up, or after a driver has already travelled to you, a fee may apply — we will always tell you first.
